After inheriting his father’s trading company in 1981, Mr. Malashene Sheni established Darin Co. in 1992—officially registering it as Darin Group in 1998 to account for the company’s newfound diversification. He has served as the company’s acting Chairman for over 33 years, and his hands-on leadership approach provides his team great motivation to produce excellent work and services for their clients. His clear vision for Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, has led to continued company expansion, which, over the years, has allowed Darin Group to make dramatic social and economic changes for the people and Government of the region.
